The character, Henry Jackson, never appeared in the Spider-Man comic books. He was added as a character in the movie Spider-Man 2.

Played by Jason Fiore-Ortiz, Henry was a boy who lived across the street from Aunt May and helped her move. Some believe the character was named after Marvel artist Clayton Henry & writer John Jackson.

Spider-Man is considered one of the greatest comic book characters of all-time, and it's not really all that hard to understand why.
